After a decade of working for leading Foodservice Consulting firms in the United States; Carlos Tello returns to Mexico to join an International Architectural firm and develop high-end hotel projects in Mexico.

Hamid Banna joins the firm, bringing years of experience in realm of Management Advisory Services for the hospitality industry.
2016:
Carlos Tello makes postgraduate studies in the field of sustainability and building energy efficiency at the Technical University of Munich (TUM); to provide solutions for areas of great intensity of work and energy consumption such as industrial kitchens and laundries.
2017:
Regional development drives the company's efforts into the high-end hospitality sector. This allows the firm to develop projects for major hotel operators and gain profound knowledge of their standards.
